After over twenty years in the meat processing industry sharp knives have always been very important to me . My father was a great butcher ,chef, and teacher and he passed on his skills and knowledge to me and that is a very special thing . This whole idea started for me because every time I would help a friend in their kitchen all of their kitchen knives would be very dull and not nice to use . So this business is for everyone with dull knives in their kitchens or outdoors packs or restaurants that need a convenient way to get them sharpened back to the way they way were when they bought them , it is very likely that they will be sharper than when you bought them .
