Choose not to live with dull knives.
Purchase one of our sharpening packages.
We pick up your knives at your home or workplace.
We take them to our shop and bring the edge back to life and fix any nicks or chips on the blade. When they are done we bring them back to you.
Its that simple. Normal repairs like a chip in the blade or the the tip needs to be reground are included in the normal price , major repairs would be discussed on a case by case basis.
Next step is for you to enjoy using your knives the way they are meant to be without you having to take time out of your schedule.
We charge per knife not per inch for a more streamline service . Knives can be anywhere from a 3 inch blade up to 12 inch blade.
How We Sharpen.
The Tormek T8 sharpening system is the workhorse of our process with grinding wheels from 220 grit for re grinding the bevel or broken tip repairs or really anything that requires rapid removal of material from the blade . 600 grit and all the way up 4000 grit wheels are used depending on the quality of the blade and of course the intended use of the knife for the customer.
Tormek is a high end Swedish sharpening brand that makes the best sharpeners in the world , the quality of the tools they produce speaks for itself with razor sharp knives everytime.
We use a variety of hard felt wheels and scotch bright wheels on a variable speed bench grinder with a variety of polishing compounds as part of the process as well.
